Oshawa Bearing Service Ltd. was founded in 1974 and has now been in business for almost 40 years. We purchased this family owned business in 1997, a full 15 years ago. Our focus has always been and continues to this day to be customer service and technical support at its best.

Oshawa Bearings is one of 4 founding members of IDI Independent Distributors Inc.,a business cooperative that started in 1981 over 30 years ago. This group has almost 100 member companies with over 250 locations coast to coast to coast across Canada. IDI members represent more than 1500 quality vendors, all of which are available to Oshawa Bearing customers at competitive deliveries & prices.

Oshawa Bearings continues to grow on the founding principles of customer service and technical support at its best. We concentrate in bearing and power transmission products, electrical components & automation as well as conveyor and transmission belting and an array of industrial products. Our specialty is marrying together electrical & mechanical components to supply a reliable, cost effective solution.

We also continue to grow our volume in electrical panels. We have supplied panels for applications around the world. At Oshawa Bearings we design, build, program, commission & provide documentation for our panels. They are all ESA certified to CSA standards.
